One of the ribbon cables was a little loose inside the nav unit. I had taken it to the dealer (CPO) to have them take care of it, but they told me I needed an entire new nav/head unit at around $3,300 installed and that it was not covered by CPO

I declined the service and paid my $130 inspection fee.
After two weeks of no problems, I contacted the dealer and told them of my solution. They gladly refunded my money and apologized.
