That it is.

Combined is 19.6 steady for well over a month now. I do mostly city driving.

I had to take a day trip to Charlotte (~300 miles roundtrip) and got 25MPG. On some longer trips, it's closer to 26MPG. I doubt it's going to go any higher than that, but maybe.. On highways, I drive around 75MPG/avg. and get that.

Since in this state, more than 10MPH over in a 70MPH zone is "reckless driving" (and instant loss of your license) I don't regularly drive over that. But of course I HAVE and that fuel economy seems to hold up around 80MPH. Beyond that, I imagine it will get worse, but who knows.. This vehicle REALLY seems to have been designed for high speed.

If you want to go faster, well.. In the US, a non-Sport Package X5 is limited to 130MPH. It only goes 128MPH, actually. Or so I read. Somewhere. Not on the speedometer.

Sport package boosts it to 150MPH. There's a video on YouTube (can't find it just now) that shows it running flat out on the Autobahn at ~172MPH and you can watch the gas gauge drop.
