SES light blinking means active misfire, if it were a coil it wouldn't go away after startup really. Killcrap may have hit the nail on the head (no surprise there ) if the repair was done replacing only the intermediate levers it may need to get the whole job done now under parts warranty. I'd contact the dealer that did the repair and schedule it in for a checkout.
