If not a fuse problem then you may have a wire that is shorting out the bus that serves as the communication path for all of these devices. Thanks for the help!! it was exactly what you said!
Some one had initially tried to install a remote starter in the car and who ever installed it did a really bad job. They had left wires loose and unsoldered...... which eventually shorted out.

Anyways, all is fixed and the job really wasn't that expensive
I found a guy who works at a bmw dealership in Montreal who does work on the side and he charges a third of the price of the dealer!
