I rolled my pass window up and it made a loud pop and a little grind so I stopped there (halfway) and went around to check it out. When I got to the other side the door was locked so I grabbed the inner handle and it wouldn't budge. I walked back and used central locking to open it and then came back to open the outside handle which worked fine.
With the window all the way down the handle inside works and with I up all the way it works, but at half the regulator sounds bad and the inner handle won't open so I must be grabbing something on the way up. I'm guessing the cable has worked it's way loose from the door and it's leaning into the regulator path, grabbing it, and causing trouble.
I'll open it tomorrow and see, anyone else have the inner cable come loose and grab the regulator? I can't really search tonight due to my location.
Im going to say it's the part where the inner handle cable goes behind the skin at the level of the latch.
