barbja is on a distinguished road
Of those choices, I'd definitely go with the DSB. I had a Topaz blue E53 for 7y and I never tired of it.

I traded the E53 for a PG E70 last June and I've missed my E53 since day one. (It really didnt help that someone was picking up a DSB at the performance center at the same time I got mine). I saw my old car on the road one day and wanted to go hug it! I too wanted to play it safe this time because I planned on trading it in in 3y or less and I liked PG in the press photos I saw ( I ordered in April before 2011 production started).

I've found that I must blend in to the pavement too much because I'm getting a lot more cutoffs now, it's harder to find my car in a parking lot, and it just doesn't give me the 'I love my car feeling' when I walk up to it like a $65k+ car should. (No offense to those whose PG was their first choice).

On SB, I've always thought it was an 'eh color on the X5 in press photos and on the dealer lot. I saw one in the showroom yesterday and it looked pretty good. I guess anything will look good all shined up and under a zillion watts of florescent lights!

I say, go with the color that makes you say: oh what a beautiful car.
