maybe bring the vehicle to a competent mechanic who will actually fix the problem instead of clearing the codes? did the mechanic check the alarm counter to see what triggered the alarm? if the alarm counter did sound due to a faulty door system lock, did he check the wiring at the a-pillar or b-pillars of that lock to see if corosion is present? what faults did he have for the airbag? if it was a door airbag, maybe this would be a dead giveaway on where to start diagnosis. as the system lock that may have triggered the alarm could be on the same door as the airbag fault? Has the vehicle been in an accident? or maybe the vehicle has a history of clogged sunroof drains at the front of the vehicle where water likes to corrode the connectors for the a-pillar and lamp module.
