I've read this in a lot of places - any particular reason why I shouldn't consider 2004s?

As for looking at 2004+ 4.4s... I've thought about it, but I really dont want a 4.4. Just not exciting enough for me... And a 0-60 in ~7s is just too slow. I'm definitely going to test drive the cars... Though if the 4.6 I'm looking at doesnt work out, I'll pretty much have to get a 4.8 since it seems like BMW has made a few more of them

In any case, I'm leaning towards the 4.8 at this point. I suspect the resale will continue to remain high relative to to the 4.6, and the extra features are nice.
