Make sure they open the door panel and vacuum out all the bits of glass from the interior... it takes effort go get every bit from the inside as little pieces can get stuck on the misc nooks and crannies. (This can turn into annoying rattles.)

I once had a driver window shatter and the bits fell onto the paint, causing nicks... $1900 in paint and blending later we were good to go.
