I am going out of town for a few weeks and wanted to put the icelink in prior to leaving, but required overnight Saturday delivery. Even though Saturday delivery is available in my area and I offered to pay the additional shipping charges they will not accomodate. Very strange!
Update:
I called back and got a different story....now they would have shipped but did not have enough processing time. I don't mean to be so nit pickey but my time is in short supply and like to deal with companies that will give a straight answer. All in all I am very interested in their product and will probably still eventually purchase it. However, with a little different customer service I would probably be writing about how they went above and beyond to help a pain in the ass customer like myself. I will update after I receive my icelink and hopefully loving it!
