I once booked my car for service there and than cancelled it the next day. They are just too creepy.

A colleague of mine been going there for years and just bought 2 new cars off them (tho he uses only one particular SA) so I guess it just depends who your SA is.

Having said that VOB is far worse. A friend of mine dealt with Tischer in Silver Spring for about 10 years and was happy with them. Personally I only use Passport White team, at least they work with me to make things right when the need arises.
