Actually Best buy must have violated the law or the courts would not have ruled in this man favor. The trouble with any opinions about the matter is that none of us have the legal briefs in front of us to determine what Best Buy did.

As far as banning him from the store? Well I guess they must have counted the cost of doing so and don't mind the customers that will decide not to shop based on their decision.
