I just purchased a CPO E70 X5 with in service date of Aug 2008.
I noticed that the headlight is slightly hazy, cloudy. Is that normaly for a car that has only 2 yr and 9 months in service time? (i still have 1 yr 3 months left of manufacture warranty)

I mentioned this to my service advisor and he said this is not covered under warranty. Is he lying?
