I'm glad he sued. If best buy has predatory service/sales processes, and decides to only 'do the right thing' when they come across a consumer that can stand up for themselves, they will simply make that their business practice and screw dumb people.

Best buy has a perfect right to ban them, dumb, pretty 'tone deaf' in terms of how it may play in the court of public opinion.

It is consumers like Yii- that buy stuff and return it a year later at home depot for example- that ruin it for the rest of us. It must just be a poor upbringing?
