I disagree.
The President of the US must be born in the US and prove it. If he's had this document since announcing his candidacy what was his motivation for not producing it? All that he's done is undermine people's support for him by creating an aura of "what does he have to hide?" by not being forthcoming. i'm sure that there are many people who were on the fence about supporting him and he just gave them an excuse to click the button for the other guy.
Why is Obama all of a sudden so forthcoming with the document just because Donald Trump demands it? As a citizen of the US, Trump can demand anything he wants of the President, as can any other citizen, but why now and why in response to Trump?
