Unfortunately, those of us that deal with CAE/AIB know that working with Dave G. could be challenging....they have a great product but could take forever.....and ever....and ever.....my advice.....ask for money back, which could be a challenge in itself......or...just hang tight...it may take a month, but you will get the goods.... Also....at one time you could only source AIB good from them....but since they third party the product they resell....ask around the forum....perhaps you could source elsewhere.....
