They are RF and only Donlup makes the tire. You can find them on tirerack.com for around $2600 but then you have to find someone to install them too. I think when it comes to getting new tires I'm just going to the dealer, I have the black 215's so dont want the hassle if some one scratches them; I know the dealer here would do a good job so I'll fork out the extra money. I have 24's on my other vehicle and those are still cheaper...
