Not an easy beast to find is it!! I have found only one reference to the Hybrid Video Module and that is a part of a Retrofit kit, which you don't want. However it just could be the last entry under Item 8 here:

Digital receivers were installed from Sept 2004 so this one should be a Hybrid, and it's the only one now in production. Probably around £900 new
