^ both of you should google the price of a "new" motor...... Wait, I'll spoil it for you. Are you ready for this? Are you sitting down?

$25k !!!!!!

And that does not include intake OR any eletrics. OR THE PRICE OF REMOVING THE OLD AND REPLACING WITH THE NEW ONE.

So if I was him, I would jump, lunge, leap, franticly thrash at anything infront of me to get the X5 in your driveway ASAP!!!!

Now does his "tone" sound a little more understandable?
Yiur next post will say....
"he doesn't need "new". Get one from a crashed X5 for much less."
And the reality of that, $10k for the motor and $5k for R&R. So he is still at $15k.

It is easy play it down when it's not your savings account.
