I'm confused is this not a 2011 35d ... not a 2012 35i. The first pic looks like a 35i badge but the last pic looks like a 35d pic. The pipes are certainly from the diesel.
I do like the colour combo!
What are the wheel sizes - don't recall seeing that particular wheel when ordering mine not too long ago.
