new to this concept and probably not considering doing it but........

as these cars are adaptive both motor and gear box, and if you drive mainly in stop start peak our traffic, wont the car adapt its self to this regardless of wether its chipped or not???

wouldn't you then need to either disconnect the battery or take it out to the country for a serious thrashing before regaining the advantage of the re-chipping???

what is the experience of those who have done it???
