Like in the video, isn't it illegal if you are
not using a headlight with ballast / focusing lense / and cut off levels (IE slapping a HID in old hondas, toyotas, etc)? unlike DEPO & DJauto lights that do have these?
IMO: I'd say 80% of people who raise their trucks/SUV's don't reposition their lights and some even run xenons. Now those will kill your eyes!
