hell no. 1700. maybe i'm off here for not having had D work done, but my 600hp ford lightning is around 450 for dyno pulls and tuning. even my indy charges around 500 for a remapping of my X5 from a performance company in germany, they read the car, email them the file, and they email back a new tune to install usually a day later...
maybe somebody will prove me wrong though
