Actually have a decent story about this!
A friend of mine that lives and works in the French Quarter area encountered one of the hardcore bible pushers on bourbon street with a big wooden cross, some pamphlets and large sign about the rapture being here on the 21st... the guy confronted my friend, who is a gay atheist, and asked him if he was certain he would be saved in the rapture. My friend nice and tactfully explained that he is gay and an atheist, so if it happens, no. Then he asked the guy how strong his faith was, asked if he was 100% confident in his faith and his savior that he would be saved himself. The guy said yes, as he has lived his whole life according to the lord and the bible he will be saved. My friend then asked if he would end his tour of this life on earth with one last act of charity and sign an act of donation of his car to him, since he just has an old rusty bike to ride around and doesn't have a car of his own... As you can guess the guy said no and disengaged.
