Do keep in mind that there are TIME based services that neither the car nor the dealer will keep good track off: As I recall- coolant, brake fluid...if you are due anything based on time, get in in now.

Those prices look good for 'dealer MSRP' (msrp is all over the place, BMW doesnt publish NATIONAL msrp)... ping a few sponsors here, PRIVATELY, and see what price they can give you.
