Yes they are white no amber reflection in the headlight housing when the turn signals are off. My car is coded so no amber when the headlights are on either. I just wanted to give the cleaner look. It will still illuminate amber only when i need to turn on my turn signals.
It is awesome best of both words if you have coding done.
If not, white will be the choice
to go for.
