Anyone know what is going on with the black trim in the pictures I uploaded? I really don't want to replace the whole bumper, I just might have to. Looks like the dealer used some kind of black trim treatment and now it is being washed away. I tried Back to Black, but is no way near strong enough to blend in.

Any help would be appreciated.
