Off the top of my head you first remove the bumper reflectors. There are some bolts under those holes. Then remove rivets at the rear of the rear wheel wells. Then you yank on the bumper cover towards the rear. As soon as you get it loose reach behind and disconnect harnesses to the PDC sensors.
