If you mean to convert the 3.5 round pipes to the 5.0 square-type ones, you need two parts:
Exhaust extension pipe: 18302154632
Trim cover: 51122154633
The extension pipe part is a kit (#12 in the picture below).
The trim cover (#13) is to trim out the bumper after its been cut out big enough to accept the new pipes.
I just got mine back today from this job. It looks pretty cool. I think that my passenger-side pipe is crooked though; I'm gonna have to have them look at that.
