Based on my experience, the headlights seem to be purposely readjusted "low" by the dealer or indy. You can do adjust yourself, but aware that a minor adjustment on a wall, will end up being a major difference on the road, so please adjust with this in mind, else you will get a lot of high-beam flashes from on-coming traffic as HIDs misaligned high can be blinding . . . . cheers.
