I think Deutsch 100 needs to look for a New Dealer. This energy test is well documented through SIB's for many years, and when he first reported it they should have run the procedure required. If Deutsch checked the boards for the X5 's, and 5 series which has essentially the same electrical hardware, he would have seen many people that had this issue and in most cases, but not all, the problem was solved. As I mentioned in a previous post I had this problem in my 550 and the problem was fixed. I have a 2010 X5d and leave it for weeks at a time with no issues. He also has a continuing problem with the driver seat. Sounds like dealer incompetence to me.
