hi, i am a new member in forum, i am from Greece , i have a problem with engine, my car is x5 E53 4.4

I put diagnostic tester in the socket of diagnosis, and find 2 damage.

1: splutter in multiple cylinders
2: splutter in the 6 cylinder
makes erases damage, and after little, again find the damage.

I have changed difference things , and nothing,

my brain goes to the EML unit
who ,ARE your opinion

please help me
