If you do go for the 328i, I would like to think you could negotiate at invoice but then again it is a regional thing...Also the audi a5 is a great blend of sport/comfort. I tested one with my mother and it was a great, we are just partial to bimmers I will even admit I was on the fence about getting into a phantom black s5 before getting my new x5....but I came to my senses about towing my sea doo and carting around family and friends, which is important to me.

Did you get your 328i for invoice price? At which dealer, if you don't mind me asking? BMW of Bayside quoted me $40,000 and a -$1000 incentive, so $39000 for a 328i packaged up to $42,225. I will be going to Rallye BMW (where the X5 was purchased) this Friday to see if I can get a better deal.
