I am in Buffalo,NY but we bought the 328 in Rochester, NY at West Herr BMW of Rochester. I can not speak to what deals can be had near NYC, assuming that is where you are. We paid roughly 500 over invoice (msrp 54,375, sale price 50,600.) I assume that it would be easier to negotiate for a sedan or coupe? Plus we are getting closer to the models production end, as you know, so dealer incentives should be gaining momentum.

Is the 1000 from bmw cca? Or is that some dealer incentive?

Bimmers hold an 8% dealer markup, as you probably know by now. So your deal seems more than fair....rougly 150 over invoice! But I think there is probably more room given the incentives?
