Recently posted that the X5 is on its way out of our household due to high mileage and some repairs on the way, and wouldn't you know it the damn rear driver's side window regulator went out yesterday!!

I guess I am lucky - in 213K miles, this is only my second regulator to fail - had to replace the passenger side front one a year or two ago.

Oh well, fix is on the way.
