I don't know about you guys but I sometimes talk to myself and/or curse the idiots around me as I drive. I also use a BT headset. So... I have been cursing while unbeknownst to me, have either butt dialed someone or had not hung up my last call. It's only been a couple of times over the years but it could be as bad as what this pilot did but goes to show that sh!t happens.
