Hi all,

Just finished the drivers side valve cover gasket on my UK '01 4.4, about to start the passenger side when I came across this plastic conduit wrapped around the cover. I tried loosening it to slide it out of the way enough to gain decent access for the removal of the cover, but its not happening!

Does anybody have any idea what it is and how I can move it out of the way with minimum fuss?
