It isn't on correctly. Should fit tighter. Remove the two screws on each wheel well, then remove the two long torx bolts that hold the bumper to the carrier. Have a helper assist in lining everything up while you slide the bumper in on the hangers. then reinstal the two torx (loosely) and the other screws (loosely). Step back and look at gaps left to right. If ok, tighten everything down. If not, adjust, relook, then tighten.

It's not hard to screw up mounting it if you aren't patient (don't ask...).
