Technically, not a E53 post but I'll post still.

Does anyone have any links/examples of a good driving position. Drove for 2 hrs this past weekend and everything was hurting after the drive. I'm pretty sure it was the way I was sitting.

2005 X5, 3.0. Heated Seats. No lumbar support.
