Looks like too much gap. What happened when you returned to Kuni to talk with them about your concerns?

I haven't heard good things about Kuni and stay away from them. I usually buy parts/service from BMW of Portland. Even though they're bit more expensive I haven't had any trouble with them.

When I had a small accident in my 3 series they BMW of Portland recommended Nu-Way auto body NE Grand and they did a great job paint matching and hood fitment.
