I haven't heard good things about Kuni and stay away from them. I usually buy parts/service from BMW of Portland. Even though they're bit more expensive I haven't had any trouble with them.
When I had a small accident in my 3 series they BMW of Portland recommended Nu-Way auto body NE Grand and they did a great job paint matching and hood fitment.

They said to bring it back in and they would give me a loaner or a rental and address all of my issues. Only problem was when I called they didn't have a loaner or any rentals larger than a sedan (wife needs more space w/ baby and work stuff). The manager was apologetic and nice enough, but it is frustrating. I'll post an update once I've gotten this settled.
