Zulu95 - Yeah, the old FSR gets hot as well when I turn on the fan. If the climate control panel is shut to completely OFF, then it does not get hot. Could it be the blower motor malfunctioning even though my rear vents are blasting air? I thought it was all one blower.

TEMA, how do I give the air blower a little push? Could you please guide me with more information?

BTW, there's no fuse anywhere near the FSR is there? Found a fuse caught in the crack when I opened the passenger side carpeted trim. Could that be it?
