Several have made the change to NAVI03 from02. Brian's Dad had no problems. The car was recoded sometime later but they saw no changes in the Nav. I suspect that was a case of the recoding just telling the car that a piece of hardware had been changed. One DVD nav to another DVD nav. The NAVI OS is on the disc (Ver. 32 now) not in the car. It just updates the nav computer
