If u lower your x5 too much it will look like a weird version of a station waggon..but its just my opinion. And 20" rims don't look that much different from 18" that you got already. I tried it and was very disappointed and surprised. and if u want 22" then u can ask guys around here about all the problems that it might create....my 2cents
