I would go with option number one, especially if it is CPOed. I bought my X back in April with 78k miles for about 24k, with every option & CPOed if that helps any. I would be leery of the other two just because it seems like the X runs into some issues after 100k miles based on what I've read on this forum. So far I have had some random issues (see this link

Make sure you ask to see the service history and make an informed decision from that. If you aren't afraid to do some DIY work you'll be fine as far as maintenance goes. The '06 4.4i puts a smile on my face every time I put the hammer down so that little bit of extra upkeep makes it well worth it IMHO.
