Not sure I would put too much stock in the cause being the driver's attitude due to his choice of vehicle.

I can tell you from work knowledge.... there are people like this in all makes of cars.

I too have sped up to create distance between me and another car. I think we can all agree that the Mazda closed the distance... on purpose... so he could "dance"?!!

But I would agree that stopping like that is dangerous and approaching unknown people could be hazardous to your health. ha-ha
