No, I'm not selling mine.
They are dark gray canvas or sort of a denim material. They are fitted specifically for the E53 and don't wiggle or bag out. I live in an extremely hot area so they're great for the summer.
There must be some good upholstery shops in Miami that can fix or recover your seat.
