Weather and density altitude will play a roll in you times even though you are turboed, so numbers will vary for different locations.

I have managed a dozen or so 12.80's a few low 12.7's, (2) 12.60's and a 12.58 on my 19" winter tires. The 12.6 & 12.58 were with Launch Control.

My track elevation is 2200 ft and density altitude usually runs 3000-5000ft = bad air.
