Mine is in now for hitch programming and every time they always wash it which is great, but then they always kick the drivers door panel and there are always dirt marks - so I agree, even service loaners I get that are fairly new are not that well kept on the interior. I had a very light interior on my 2004 F150 Lariat and the color from my brown leather belts wore off on the seat back. But then that was Ford.
