Just fixed mine, I had to use almost a quarter tube of flexible clear caulk, the kind that comes out like play dough. I had to take balls of it and shove it up onto the rail and plug up every hole. This was a serious design flaw. I dont see how everyones sun roof wont leak at some point. I'll shoot some pics after its all dry so people in the future can see what needs to be plugged up. May even do a write up.
